“I'm glad someone here can make a correlation between bare foot running shoes and the Iraq war. Man thank you for your parodist and egotistical way of thinking... But lets not forget about the "correlations" between a video and why three Americans died or the "correlations" of VA people making huge bonuses and vets dieing in return... OR OR the "correlations" of our government selling guns to drug cartels to kill Americans in return. HMM I have a hunch that all those "correlations" pointed to one thing: a man playing golf with celebrates on American Tax payer dollars.
Still though... We wont get ahead of ourselves because after all Saddam wasn't that bad of a guy. Not like genocide, mass torture and fear or gestapo-like rule were bad things. I bet he really would have loved to have your company.
FYI only a blue blooded liberal would have sued someone over something like this for an outrageous amount of money (which I'm sure can be scientifically proved) So yeah that's the priority of a Liberal hands down, as one can see from your crack pot comment.”
“hey kathy don't waste your time on this page trying to correct others and point out that what he said is actually true. The people who respond to threads like this are in a very sad and dark place in their lives. Think about it why else would one need to comment on an AOL headline and bash Christianity and anyone else associated with it? whats the point? The majority of people on this are lost and Christ said to us not to waste our time spreading his word to those who do not want to listen. If we were face to face with these people I know they would not be so abrupt and harsh towards us, but this is the internet and it is easy to hide behind a computer...”

“All said while hiding behind a computer. And honestly, no one is bashing Christianity. It is just that Christians forget their place, which is NOT in government. Teach your kids to pray at home, live in your interpretation of the "Christian" way in your private lives, but Christians now want to step into the realm of creating laws, enforcing laws and governing. That is where many of us have an issue.”

“I have not read anyone actually bashing Christianity. I have read people who bash those who twist Jesus' words of love, tolerance and kindness for their own agenda.”

“Mark for the record a lot of people who claim to be Christians in government and the media start wars and spread hate. Spend Billions on making machines that can kill and destroy whole generations of families and traditions. Then complain when the nation that claims to be under God tries to help the poor with food stamps or health care. a very very small percentage of our taxes go to help the common man when all of out taxes go to helping kill off everyone.
So to bring more religion into a government who already abuses the name of God on a daily bases is straight up wrong. There is no verse in the Bible to back up religion in politics while there are many supporting the separation of church and state.”

“He says, while hiding behind a computer, as he 'wastes his time'. You have the right to your religious views. We all have the right to our own religious views. Christianity will never be the official religion or law of this country. It has nothing to do with what I believe, or what you believe, or what Phil Robertson believes. And I would have no problem saying that to your face, Mark.”

“Don't forget that you are on a computer to. That seems to be a real problem for people like you, just because you have a belief you think that everyone who doesn't share that belief is somehow less intelligent than you. At least i don't condemn people for doing the same thing that i am doing, on a computer.”
“Matthew very good point with that argument. Clearly you have some schooling or studies in Christianity / theology. As a fellow Christian myself, I have seen miracles performed and prayers answered. To me I tried a while back to respond to such nah-sayers, but all it does is harden their beliefs. It is hard to argue with people who clearly are in pain and in very dark places. To me what even more solidifies this to be true is that you do not see these same people making comments like this on Jewish threads, Islamic threads or any other religious thread BUT Christianity. They refuse to own up for their mistakes in life. So they attack others like us to make (in their minds) that what they are doing is right. Seriously look at this guys picture... Its a 420 stoner guy pic. anything you can say on this thread is a loosing battle to this person. He has made up his mind, which he has decided to spread his hate and racist (i say racist because comments like these are only reflected upon Christianity) remarks on here towards those of christian faith. We are taught to spread the word, but clearly these folks would rather bask in their own self inflicted pity then agree with the truth to which they already know.”

“Christianity is not a race. It is a belief system.”
“I myself was born in Chicago and now live in Texas. And I completely agree with that statement. Whens the last time Texas or any other State with an open carry law or other type of carry law made the news for mass shootings?”
“LOL classic... Land stolen from them. Native Americans (NOT Native INDIANS) had no concept of ownership. Most tribes were nomadic and stole from other tribes. Also throughout American History the Government did draw up some Treaties and legal documents to buy land from them. I like Chris' reply to you. He completely laid into your flawed and uneducated zombie response. FYI just so you know In the last 5 years Obama alone has deported more Illegal immigrants than the last 2 combined.”
“When you go outside your CNN sponsored living room, do you cover you eyes as you walk down the street? Well I guess moving all the state government employees on minimum wage and raising taxes past the braking point doesn't consolidate money problems, than you sir just founded a new form of financial mathematics and business practices. Not mention how many cities in Cali have failed for bankruptcy recently? Tell why does a $600,000 house in Cali only cost $150,000 in Texas? whys that? Why does a gallon of gas cost around what $5.00 in Cali but only $3.00 in Texas? This is why Cali has a higher pay scale than Texas or other southern states.
Tell me were I said I blamed illegal immigration for Cali's financial woes? Your the one that threw Cali in the mix. Of course none of these graphs are not going to say anything negative about Cali sense the majority of them come from a HP source. Speaking about CNN, you should be a correspondent for them because you seem to be well adapt at spinning words around on people.”

“I'm sorry, am I supposed to now invoke your Fox viewership in some kind of battle of stereotypes? Since I don't watch CNN at all, maybe you should rethink your approach?
Your numbers are, again, about specific areas, not about the state as a whole. Or are there no rich enclaves in Texas, etc?
You blamed illegal immigration for those Southern states being on the low end of those charts, and when I asked why California wasn't with them, you started changing your tune. And if these graphs are so untrustworthy, then why are you making excuses about illegal immigration instead of just dismissing them outright?
What you call spinning, I simply call holding up a mirror.”
“Really Cali is broke and bankrupt? the only thing that is off setting them is Hollywood and places like silicon valley. Not to mention they have a higher minimum wage there because everything is so expensive. But then again you are right, its not like east L.A. shows any signs of illegal immigration and the problems that follow it”
Age on Mar 11, 2014 at 03:20:30
“Broke AND bankrupt! Well, maybe not so much lately. I think you'll find plenty of reasons for that outside your little focus on them thar illegals. But we were talking about the stats as outlined in the article, weren't we? You can move the goalposts (just slightly!) by zeroing in on certain specific neighborhoods in Los Angeles (ha!), or mentioning major industries as if no other state in the south has any, or even start making up reasons why our minimum wage is higher than some (High prices everywhere in the entire state?! Really?), instead of looking at the state as a whole compared to the others if you want to. But that's not really answering the question, now is it?”
“If you're going to blame illegal immigration for these stats, I'm just wondering how California fits into the equation, seeing as it gets just as many illegal immigrants, yet somehow hasn't failed as hard.”
“more than half those charts come from a liberal biased source.. FYI just remember what country is just below the majority of the south, now you can see the facts of illegal immigration and what it does”
“LOL Iraq had the weapons, they just moved them out to Syria before the stuff went down. There was a captured Iraqi General that confirmed this during the beginning of the war, but of course the liberal media didn't focus on this much...”

“Do you have a verifiable source for this? Also, if they were already removed, they therefore were no longer a threat to us were they?”
“I'm glad that the billion or so dollars that were spent on that website give justice to those "numbers" I bet more would have signed up but saw how expensive it will be under these new cost saving regulations and taxes”
“I will never get use to it. I will always condemn it. It will always break my heart. Racism is a disease of the mind. It is the only disease parents willfully infect their children with.”
You have the audacity to label me in a group that I do not belong to and to describe it with condescending words that are borderline racist / discriminating. Clearly you need to take your own words to heart. What a double standard Hypocrite you are. YOU are a scourge on our country.”
