I'm not a big stickler on form. Just do the exercise to a reasonable standard, perfection is not necessary. I have never seen form make someone great.

In order to lift heavier you already have to know the basics. Very few people can shoulder press 225lbs without prior training unless they are a genetic superior.”

“I train clients at the gym/home/ office. Right now it's so beautiful outside. Clients who used to train at the gym also want to train at the park. As well as my boot camp class outdoor is so fun and burn more calories.

Many exercises we can do without equipment as well as kickboxing, plyometric, yoga and TRX.
The most important thing; do it correctly with a good form and compound is much better than isolation.
