Sean Hannity Asks If Obama Is Like Trayvon Martin Because 'He Smoked Pot' And 'Did A Little Blow' (AUDIO)

“Lets see, Sean Hannity a two time college drop out, chickenhawk, and huckster who uses the Military in the form of his Freedom concerts to enrich himself, gets paid to comment about others that have shown the convictions to achieve things in life other than run his mouth for a paycheck, something he has proved over and over again he lacks in large quantity.”

“Sen. Cruz as a candidate for President would be an easy target for even the most junior political advisor, given his antics and narrow minded views. If he did choose to run I'm sure the tea party won't be the only ones celebrating this news.”

“"...[the] right to choice on contraception and abortion are important aspects of the right of privacy, respect for human life and freedom of conscience of women and their families." Unitarian Universalist Church 1978, this is just one view on the subject from a religious perspective, and given the fact this bills limits those choices and does away with them in favor of views held by others and other religions , it is using the legislative process to impart that view upon others.”

“While 20 weeks does sound reasonable , if this bill had ANY reasonable intentions to that end then it would have taken into consideration factors such as health anomalies in the child that do not arise until 18 to 22 weeks as well as not mandating a procedure that is unnecessary just to name a few. No, this bill is not just about saving viable babies after 20 weeks, it is about using a religious view of life and using the legislative process to impart that view upon others.”

“Just a thought here, when someone can go to any cemetery and point out the grave of a corporation that gave its life defending this nation then I will consider them on par with "people" in it. Citizens United is an affront to the very foundations of this nation, why stop there if people support this, why not pay for advertising space of the back of your favorite Senator or Congressman?”

“Not at all, traditional "self defense" laws have been around for many many years. Where I find fault in the so called "stand your ground" laws, they eliminate the long held tradition of a "duty to retreat" before the application of deadly force. Further, these laws tend to promote confrontation and more often than not protect the person(s) who commit the crime rather than the victim. As for the Castle Doctrine, have no issue with this as well , but the application of this in a public setting again leads to the above mentioned issues. Just look at Fl. since these laws have been passed you have had people shot and killed over trash bags, newspaper delivery boy shot because they thought he had a gun, a dog owner shot in front of his kids, etc. the people who committed these acts are just a few of the people who have used this law to escape prosecution, who prior to this law would have been tried for murder according to authorities.”

“I think I made it pretty clear there is nothing wrong with traditional "self defense" laws that meets force with force and leave the traditional "duty to retreat" before the application of deadly force intact. Where I find fault with these " stand your ground" laws they eliminate that duty to retreat prior to the application of deadly force. They tend to let more people walk away from crimes and promote a culture of confrontation rather than actually their intended purpose of protecting the public. I don't even take issue with the "Castle Doctrine" as long as they are applied in the traditional sense, but trying to apply this to a public setting only promotes the application of deadly force in many cases where its not needed .”

“Personally I could care less about GZ , and while I am disappointed in the verdict, I accept it. That does not mean I am happy about a laws that are not based on the traditional concepts of "self defense" rather than ones based in "stand your ground " which allow for confrontation. Even though this trial was based on self defense perhaps by ridding ourselves of these laws it will in some small way leave a good legacy Treyvon Martin and give his family some much needed peace.”

“so you want to eliminate 'self defense'? the Libs did that in Canada and now if you are attacked in your home by a criminal, the cops arrest you, the victim, and the govt pays for the criminal to sue you for damages if you hurt the perp in any manner - you end up in jail and the perp gets your cash - I don't think you'd like that”

“So Texas in the name of protecting women and"life" aim to pass a bill that will end up in federal court, not to mention the sheer hypocrisy of protecting women and life when Texas in terms of doing those two things has a horrible record. One need only look at the number of uninsured , uneducated, teen births, and the endless list of things Texas is at the bottom of in reference to women and life to understand that.. If this bill had any real intentions of doing just that , they would start by trying to address those issues.”
