“Sorry but all I see is an athlete at the top of his game, wearing the same expression he and his peers wear on court. How this image could be associated with King Kong is absolutely beyond me. If his skin was pale I wonder would anyone draw the same comparison? I think it's hateful because he was probably thrilled about being on the cover of Vogue and as everyone who works in the media knows chances are Lebron probably selected and certainly approved of this image prior to it getting printed. I'm sure he felt proud and really liked what he saw. Now, viewed through the lens of a narrow mind, the image has been painfully distorted.”
“It is sad enough that Chris Henry passes away at such a young age but it is utterly tasteless to publish photographs of his lifeless body - open casket service or not. Funerals are for loved ones and there is an intimacy extended to them that has not place in the public forum. These photos should not be displayed.”

“You're forgetting, these are rockstar football players...the needs theur faxe time in front of the camears. With these guys, taste doesn't enter into it.”
“Dr. Chopra thank you for your insight and for giving us a unique glimpse in to an extraordinary evening. I enjoyed the compelling view from the perspective of one who is of the Indian diaspora while at the same time also a proud American. Your insights are fascinating and it's always a pleasure to see our world through your keen eyes.”

“Mediocre performance from a mediocre artist which ought to have been ignored due to the fact that it sucked. What is the point of debating calculated provocations from silly performers when their sole aim is free press?”

“Actually he is extremely gifted with a voice, unfortunately he is taking bad advice. He has a lot of talent, just not using it well. Agree with you on the AMA performance, it was not his best and the song was awful.”
“Sen. Edward Kennedy was and remains a role model for me and a hero always. What an example of courage and service he set. He rose high above the agonies of loss and human error to reach his fullest potential, to lead and not be swayed by the cruel voices that sought to break him and interrupt his towering service. I love him for the brave way he battled his imperfections - never complacent in the face of adversity. His loss is still felt acutely but I'm thankful for the lessons of grace that remain in his wake.”
“This standard is specific to the fashion industry.
It's not the fault of "all men" but specifically the ones dominating the fashion industry (i.e. Karl Lagerfeldt). The standard changes once you look at mens magazines. The models in mens magazines have hips and t&a and basically all the stuff Ralph Lauren airbrushed out of this ad.
Its absolutely true that the female designers are just as bad.
Nevertheless much would be gained if there were changed in the culture of the fashion industry.”
