“It's a great list with a lot of varieties of veggies and fruits with antioxidants. But really, what do you have against meat? We surely can get by with salmon and tuna everyday, but it would get so boring after a while.

“Meat is not an essential food. It may be tasty to some and have certain nutrients. But one can do quite well without it. Also, factory meat, I am told, is loaded with hormones, antibiotics, and a gazillion other chemicals, not to mention the natural chemicals produced by a frightened, dying animal. So, that's all. No preaching. Just saying.”
“The law is the law and I believe it was made to protect non-skilled jobs for american citizens. However, there are other ways this dependent spouse can contribute and not feel worthless sitting at home all day. How about volunteering in your community? How about starting a business? Surely there are no restrictions about those.
