“Seen way too many of these kinds of list touting almost propaganda-like the benefits of small colleges. Not saying they're bad, just that the list of these academically rigorous small liberal arts colleges is long. These are just some of them, though I do feel sometimes that small colleges are oversold in today's college market.”

“Yes, I agree with the second part of your argument, about how the daughter had the right to so sue because he breached the contract. However, a parent has little obligation to pay for a child's college costs. The daughter has the right to sue only because of the contract, not for any "parental requirement." Many kids today pay for college themselves. People are calling her spoiled and a brat because she fully expects her dad to pay when many students today do just fine taking out loans and gaining scholarships. Plus, 25 is way beyond the age of depending on parents. Her dad signing that contract was a huge mistake by him.”
