Rather than write a book of his crimes let me provide you with a link to a petition filed by a black group demanding the Presidents impeachment. It lists many of his and his administrations crimes:  http://watchdogwire.com/florida/2013/08/13/black-american-citizens-file-articles-of-impeachment-against-obama/  ”

“Some of the founders did not agree with the Constitution and felt it was too vague in some amendments left room for government to overstep its authority. They only agreed to sign if they were allowed to expand upon those Amendments in questions. Thus, they signed and wrote the Federalist Papers. Check Wikipedia for yourself. Either way, the point is, the Federalist Papers are law.”

msjo9 on Oct 9, 2013 at 08:38:01

“You are a revisionist!!! I don't know why you claim The Federalist Papers are law, but you're absolutely wrong. The Federalist Papers are a series of 85 ESSAYS written by Madison, Hamilton, and Jay. Since when are ESSAYS law? By the way, the Constitution contained ZERO amendments as passed. The Bill of Rights weren't ratified until 1791, a full four years after the Constitutional Convention signed it, and three full years after being ratified by the 9th state (New Hampshire - June 21, 1788). No wonder you keep supporting the tea party, they make up things as they go along also.”

“The 2nd, 9th, 10th, 16th, 20th and 22nd Amendments enumerate federal powers. If a power isn't listed in the Constitution or the Federalist Papers then it isn't in the federal governments jurisdiction, and the power falls to the states. As to the budget, ultimately, Obama wants a blank check to do what he wants-with yours, your childrens, even your grt-grand childrens tax dollars. According to a TN senator our national debt is not the claimed 17 trillion but more like at least 60 to 80 trillion. The truth is being held behind smoke according to him, Lastly, read Federalist Papers number 46 where James Madison instructs the people of what they are authorized to do if all else fails to control a government too powerful who have overstepped their authority. Know the law, learn the Constitution and its extension of the Federalist Papers. Then you can make an informed comment of who is at fault and who is upholding the Constitution. If the people are educated in Constitutional law-no one can trick the people into a situation that plays right into the hands of a Marxist regime. Inform yourselves, for the fact is the people are being manipulated, and there are many layers to this that most people are ignorant of. Our division was the first step, and divided we will fall. This my fellow countrymen, is the plan. Protect yourselves, learn your Constitution.”

CosmoGranny on Oct 8, 2013 at 08:54:38

“The Federalist Papers are a good way to understand the Founders thought process. However, if those thoughts didn't earn a place in the Constitution, they hold no weight. Not that they aren't important as history, but they are not codified into any law.

And when you can tell me specifically what the President has done that indicates he is pushing Marxist policies and what those policies are, then we can have another discussion.”

Mark McCall on Oct 8, 2013 at 08:39:44

“You are absolutely right! Too many people dont know what our government is allowed to do. They wont read and learn, they dont want to read and learn. They will admit that they know nothing about politics and government, but at election time they will go and pull the lever for anyone with a D behind their name. We must continue to try to educate those that think the liberal way is the right way. Limited government, fiscal responsibility, and free markets- that is what made our country great.”

“This national division you speak of is a product of free will not some spooky plan by Marxists or anyother group. We voted for the President, he won, twice, that creates a mandate. The right has refused to be a part of the process, thats their decision, they have decided to take a militant stand against anything this President champions, country be damned. Bad choices are just that. The people will decide who to hold accountable when election time rolls around and in the aftermath we wil see a much more engaged Republican party.”

“All you have to do is read your Constitution for the powers granted to the federal government. Healthcare is not in there, nor is taking land and house ownership from ALL Americans as he has proposed. Google executive orders, you will see the supreme court ruled executive orders are only to be used to expand upon existing laws, not used to make new ones as he constantly does. These are all breaches of Constitutional law, thus illegal and constitute tyranny as well as usurpation of power. As is giving weapons to drug cartels, using drones to assassinate American citizens, invasion of privacy on citizens not accused of crimes, to name a few of his crimes. Read your Constitution before you bad mouth Republicans, then you will know for yourself who is the criminal. For the record I sent him a plan on how to raise billions annually to fund a healthcare program for the un-insured. He chose instead to place the cost on working people whose insurance costs are doubling, even tripling to pay for the un-insured under Obama-care. Read the Constitution, you may be surprised at what you learm.”

“The only persons this bill actually discriminates against is Mickey & Minnie Mouse who turned up in the hundreds of thousands in Obama's first election. Oh wait! They aren't real people are they!? Those who were born at home and lack a birth certificate should have already obtained a state ID. Many states accept letters from older relatives attesting to their birth at home as a means to get a birth certificate. Your local health Dept will know how to get one.
To the ignorant among, you have the option of receiving a state ID rather than a license. If you have a social security number then you can get a state ID most likely. If you receive welfare, you must have a social to receive it and you should be able to get an ID. Voter fraud should be a felony- it is a crime against ALL citizens in this country.”

“I live in this county. You are simply proof of activists promoting a social revolution. Republicans have nothing to do with this issue. Before the economic bust houses couldn't be built fast enough for the people moving into the area. It wasn't a conspiracy but a matter of buying land where large tracts were still available. The gripe comes in because some miles up the road is a black neighborhood. They don't want whites in their voting district because they feel it keeps blacks out of office. You are WAY off base insinuating they can't vote. On the news is an angry black man accusing Alabama of being racist because the state didn't vote Obama in. Alabama is predominately republican, period. Race has nothing to do with it. Further, the cries of activists who want to stir people up with their accusations of racism is indeed stirring the old stinky pot of racism up. As for myself, I say America can never fulfill her true and glorious destiny where all men are truly equal as long as there are people out there who would divide our nation by race, religion or party. That is exactly what is occurring. The more you scream racism, or Republican subversion when it is not-the more you promote hatred and division. People such as you are dividing America into factions, and weakening our nation when we need to be at our strongest and most united. Remember being an American?”

Even if you stopped buying anything with it, you still have to increase payments (revenues) to pay down what you already bought. Governments power is limited by law, and currently it is greatly abused, as government seems to feel executive orders are the answer for someone not getting their way. “As to the personal information I can't say if all of it is or is not kept on file, but some of it is. In my state we have had background checks for years. I also know a record is kept with the ATF of what guns are bought by whom. Thus, a database is already on file with the ATF of legally purchased firearms, the type, serial number, and owners name and address. If you sell that gun you are supposed to contact the ATF that you have done so. In addition, you must keep a record on file as to who bought it, when and a record of their address and DL information. I suspect many individuals fail to follow the law when selling used firearms, and unless there are 'new' laws I am unaware of, individuals are not required to perform background checks. New legislation has already been drafted and failed to pass to outlaw the selling of guns by individuals to individuals. I suspect we will see it again.”

It's just the principle of them lying to my face and thinking that I'm too stupid to know what they're doing. It's like when politicians call you stupid without actually using the word stupid. When that happens, I tend to dig in my heels.”
