“I apologize I just see so many people with negative comments about people with criminal record. All I want to do is work and support myself it's just crazy out here trying to find a job you just want to give up but that is not a option.”

“Keep at it. It is rough out there without any stigma attached. I can only imagine what you are going through.”

“So what do you suggest, people should do about supporting themselves and their families? Do you like doing it? Do you? Just like your race, handicap, age, or sex there is nothing you can do about a criminal record. There should be a set Nationwide set number of years a employer can go back on your criminal record, unless it's for childcare of something of that nature. Let these people have a chance at life. People do change you know. I'm almost sure that about 75 % of all people have done something they could have had a record for.”

“My point was the EEOC protection means very little. Stronger protection is needed but this is better than nothing.”

“Really, you need to think about some of the things you yourself have done but not had to face charges for it. After a set amount of time with no other offenses people need to be given a chance to get out the tax payers pockets and support themselves.”
