“The world is morally bankrupt. People do not want to be told what to do which is why they will not allow themselves to be held accountable by a just and righteous God.
The Lord awaits each with open arms and a merciful and gracious heart toward us all.
Humble yourselves Allow him to govern your heart and mind He is perfect in every way and cannot make a bad decision for you. Just put yourself in His loving hands. Trust and obey.”
“Exactly. These crowds are made up of opportunists who see a chance to get something for nothing and who also just want to flex their weak little muscles. I bet any one of them would fall to the floor and curl up in the fetal position crying if they were confronted by someone just like them. They are bullies and afraid of their own shadow no matter their color or race.”
“How have we come to this place in time?
Those who are not willing to work are disgusted by those who are. They rage with unrighteous indignation and jealousy.
"If I don't have it, I don't want you to have it either."”

“Years ago when I was a pre-teen I remember my Dad talking about how the young wanted what he had but did not want to work the necessary years to obtain it.
“You are just one more who wants to blame everything on race or joblessness. You claim this because you want something for nothing and have no other way to rationalize your greed.
Remember the "Depression" of the 20's? There were people unable to feed their families and they did not behave in criminal ways.
My guess is you yourself are a criminal and crybaby.
Get a life.”

“Yea they did behave in criminal ways. The mob was at it's height during the depression. So was the Ku Klux Klan.”
“I am not so sure that they do have as much money as people might think. I believe they live on his salary from the military. Now granted, I am sure that they are inundated with gifts and the envelopes at the wedding must have been hefty but money trees in their yard? Naaaah.”
honoursplendor on Aug 1, 2011 at 20:42:51
“You can't really believe they "live on his salary from the military". This is a crock. His military salary did not pay for the wedding, her dress, their home or their recent trip to Canada and the States let alone her repeat designer frocks (with a couple of high street frocks thrown in to show her connection to the masses). Why do so many [Americans] think Kate is some middle class girl who caught a Prince? Her family is wealthy, just not royal. I don't begrudge the terrific PR campaign that they are running and they are probably okay folk, but c'mon there are way too many naive posts about these two.”
“Okay let's be serious...who in the world could never repeat their choice of clothing from month to month or week to week? If I wear a pair of jeans one day and they did not get dirty, I will wear them the following day as well and very possibly a third day(gasp) later in the week. There is no good reason that ones wardrobe pieces should out number the stars. I give the girl points for being practical and reasonable and by the way, beautiful. She could wear rags and look good. Oh to be young and stick thin...sigh”
“"We want" ? "We"?
I do not see how a member of the media can be so inclined to speak for the people of America. Don't include me in your "we". You mean "we" at CNN maybe because that is who you represent when you sit in that chair.
This is a perfect example of how reporters of news have crossed the line in their work. The media does not know how to keep themselves objective which is why they cannot possibly report things as they are....only as they see them.”
Greta42 on Jul 31, 2011 at 16:36:11
“Rand does not speak for "we" Americans either yet that's all you hear coming from their mouths as though they had a conversation with each and every one of us.”
dblohangel on Jul 31, 2011 at 16:34:26
“@faithpappano...Really? You're insulted? There was a time in America when reporters did just what you rail agiainst...they asked the questions you and I want answered. They spoke from the position of "we"...as members of the public...not as representatives of the coporate news entity.
Your comment is a perfect example of lack of knowledge about the history of the media, the fourth estate...objectivity in the news is something an advertising guy came up with...The media has never been objective...”
travelgirl62 on Jul 31, 2011 at 16:33:32
“YOU call this reporting?”
Rootytootytoot on Jul 31, 2011 at 16:33:14
“I suggest you stay away from Fixed news then.”
exflatlander on Jul 31, 2011 at 16:32:11
“"We" being the vast majority of Americans just want them to do their duty and make sure the country doesn't default, bringing on who knows how much misery for most of us that actually DO pay taxes.”

“Perhaps the WE he is referring to is the viewing audience who perhaps want to hear a direct answer to the direct question asked. Paul wasn't doing that. He went off topic and Lemon told him I will gi e you the time you need to talk about that please just answer the question first. And Lemon kept his word and let him finish his talking point after he answered the question.
Perhaps some posters do not knowhow to be objective and cannot possibly hear things as they are only as their bias allows them to hear. If you do not plan to listen objectively why bother to listen.”

“You're wrong. Paul wasn't even coming close to answering the questions”
nasknit on Jul 31, 2011 at 16:28:55
“Too true! Objective reporting in the so-called main stream media does not exist.”
