“If it's an online copy, you save an image of it, open MS Paint or the like, and change the numbers. You could even scan the original paper bill, do the same thing, and then print out the new altered copy and claim it to be the original paper bill.
“How many teenagers know their way around the legal system? He'd have to know how to type the form properly and have a way to submit it to the court. He'd have to have his case number. This is the type of thing that lawyers are supposed to do. If the charges hadn't been dropped he'd probably still be in there.”

“He had a lawyer or refused one. He couldnt have gotten through the bail hearing without one.”
“Yes, all going to college gets you nowadays is in debt while educating yourself out of the available job market. There's nothing but part-time minimum wage jobs. I graduated with honors. I have not received a job offer since 2009. They don't want to hire you if you are "overqualified."”
“$10,000 per year is less than $25,000 per year. $8,000 per year is less than $25,000 per year.
Wal-Mart starts most out at around $7.40/hour and limits them to 25 to 30 hours/week. They make sure that most never are full time.
They start out most as temps and promise to keep you if you do a good job. You work as hard as you can while they tell you what a wonderful job you are doing. Then, at the end of the temp period, they let you go. They then bring in new temps and repeat with them. The Wal-Mart that did this to me even told me after they let me go that they never intended to keep me in the first place. Lying to the employees is a frequent strategy for them.
All you have to do to cover up how low the wages are is to throw out that it's less than a much higher figure and the focus is on the higher figure instead of what it really means.”
