Nancy Kissel Retrial: 'Milkshake Murder' Hearing Begins

“god forbid a woman being raped and abused by a drug addict seek, out a relationship that doesnt include such .”

“This case is a little different than most abuse cases I hear of.

It's true that the woman was being abused, but this is not a case of him cornering her and her killing him in self-defense.

She DRUGGED him first, and killed him later.

Drugging in and of itself would be unethical under ordinary circumstances, but drugging your husband to sleep is ethical if he's abusing you and you badly need to get away.

But in that case, she should have stopped there. After putting him to sleep, she should have simply left the house and run as far away as she could get.

Killing him after drugging him isn't self-defense, it's cold-blooded murder.

Since she wasn't cornered at the time of the murder, which invalidates her claim of self-defense, her murderous response was disproportionate to her husband's crime.”

“How do you know her story was true? Remember Duke University? And that girl wasn't even trying to get away with murder.”
