“By being here illegally, they had committed a civil infraction, which is handled in civil courts. I jaywalked yesterday, also a civil infraction. Should I be locked up as a criminal? How many more $billions do you decree that we spend to expand our prisons in order to incarcerate all of us civil-law violators that you have now declared to be "criminals?"
Maybe you should spend a few minutes researching this issue before coming on here, making a fool of yourself, hombre.”

“According to Federal law it is a crime!
Under Title 8 Section 1325 of the U.S. Code, "Improper Entry by Alien," any citizen of any country other than the United States who:
•Enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers; or
•Eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers; or
•Attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact;
has committed a federal crime.
Violations are punishable by criminal fines and imprisonment for up to six months. Repeat offenses can bring up to two years in prison. Additional civil fines may be imposed at the discretion of immigration judges, but civil fines do not negate the criminal sanctions or nature of the offense.
Now I do not wish to imprison illegal immigrants. I simply think they should be fined and deported. Repeat offenses, should be treated a little more harshly.
If you receive a speeding ticket you get a fine. If you do not pay said fine you may be arrested until you fine has be served or paid. If you speed over and over you may have your license suspended of revoked. If you drive without a license you may be arrested.
Why should illegals get off easier than speeders?”

“The Republican losers are screaming that "America is a Constitutional Republic!" and doesn't necessarily have majority rule. Of course, if by some miracle they regain the WH and the Senate, then they will scream "Majority rules in a Democracy!" Go figure.”
“As the Republicans continue to lose presidential elections, they will undoubtedly reveal their frustration in the ugliest of ways, obstruction being one way. And unless they upgrade their ideology to appeal to the changing demographics, then they will indeed continue losing national elections. How hard-headed can they get?”

“And with that statement, the GOP just lost another percentage point of female voters on the national level. The GOPers have absolutely become their own worst enemy...by simply telling us what they think about anything, but in particular, about women and minorities. Gotta love it.”
“Never tried any of it, hombre. My brain is fine...have IQ in the top 2% of country. But I detest a govt that tells its people that they can do alcohol in unregulated amounts, while banning cocaine, thc, mushrooms, mescalin, etc. It's all relative. If you see nothing wrong with being ruled like a child by the state, then you have more problems than I.”

“Here's the one big dilemma faced by the GOPers: How can they win the votes of minorities, while continuing to hate them and to relegate them to second-class citizenry...keeping them all in their proverbial places, as it were?”
“Won it? Try "stole it." Theft does not give you the legal deed, squatter. We got stacks of treaties that you squatters violated, proving that you invalidated them all. We got the law...yer law...on our side, squatter. Like I said, better keep yer bags packed and ready to go.”

“There are many such drugs to be found growing naturally around the world that have yet to make it here big-time. In South America, people make pilgrimages to some lake high in elevation (might be Titicaca), where they gather on its banks and and drink the juice from the yellow fruit of some kind of cactus, after which they become very hallucinogenic (might be like mescalin). That drug or cactus fruit sounds exciting, but hasn't made its way here yet.”

“And the worst part is that many of these herbal remedies, natural drugs may even partake in many cures for various ailments, however, the U.S, particularly is simply quite fast as writing anything potentially valuable off as an "illegal drug". So before really knowing the value of so many herbs out there, brainwashing is usually the first technique that occurs in the States, that unless it ascends from a laboratory it's bad. And the U.S who is so popular at easily throwing chemically manufactured pharmaceuticals at the population is in constant contradiction with itself...”
“The only land that belongs to you, squatter, is back in merry old Europe. Time for you European squatters to pack up head back that way...the sooner, the better, so that we can have our land back. But before you leave, you can pay us for the resources that you stole from us.”
