“Sorry, my vocabulary doesn't include homophobic, ethnic, religious or any other brand of h8speak. It's a deliberate exclusion.
I rather doubt that you omitted the letter so as not to offend since the word itself is intended to do so. I suspect you omitted the letter in order not to have your post deleted by the mods. You succeeded. Pity, that.”
“What I am against is an Administration that presented so-called "intelligence" as fact when the truth was that it was unsubstantiated, contradicted and sometimes even non-existent.
What I am against is an Administration that deliberately misled the American public concerning the severity of the threat of Iraq to our nation.
What I am against is an Administration that played the American sense of patriotism into a war that costs thousands upon thousands of lives by making the false claim that Iraq was linked to the 9/11 terrorists.
Fight against females?
Crusade against chicks?
Skirmish against skirts?

“I almost fell out of my chair laughing.......I think you ought to email them your questions. Personally, I'm torn between Crusade against Chicks and Skirmish against Skirts. Thanks so much for the best laugh I've had this week, F&F”

“Oh so you mean you are against ALL of those who supported the war right? ALL of those who saw and agreed with the intelligence right? I know a learned citizen such as yourself would condemn them all and hold them all equally responsible correct?”
The Catholic Church informs you about dogma, tradition and teachings (including the teaching about informed conscience). The very fact that it acknowledges that conscience can supersede those should tell you that it does NOT inform you about your conscience. They may WANT your conscience to go in a certain direction, but they cannot DICTATE it so. Your conscience is between you and God.”

“"The Catholic Church informs you about dogma,"dogma is just assertions contingent on conjecture....what is so great about that?
"The very fact that it acknowledges that conscience can supersede those should tell you that it does NOT inform you about your conscience."so what is so great about these things?
"Your conscience is between you and God."funny how god is in agreement with ones biases....
“Same here. I guess we're letting the Democrats down. ~rolling my eyes~”

“So here's my question for the day: If I had myself cloned (and I've encountered a number of cons who are against cloning because, apparently, the clones don't have souls) and then had the clone aborted would the cons protest?”
