“Swing and a miss. You forgot burglar, extortionist, forger, traitor, or tea partier, didn't you? Since we're playing Snap Judgment, it feels from your caustic and unprovoked note that you are in a very dark place. A place I can not reason with. My sweet wife introduced me to a lovely counselor, who is good. You need one. Your note seems so toxic that there may be a toxic atmosphere to those around you. Or, maybe you need to read just a little more. But I think you are too far gone without professional help.”

“Thanks so much for your explanation, so there's not a little battery-powered motor making those sounds after all.... I do not 'judge' women by either big butts, chest size, or leg noise, only have a right to what I find attractive. Goes for an entire woman or any part of her, (proportionality, eyes, hair, skin smoothness, hairy pits, unibrow, small ankles, whatever) and you have the same right as I or anyone to consider what is 'toned' vs 'over-built' or flab. A daylight girl has space between the legs in a relaxed normal stance from ankle all the way up. Can be a sign of gauntness (too much is also unattractive), but usually denotes an active, toned woman. Your term 'judge' is misplaced.”

chelledc on Nov 15, 2013 at 13:59:36

“Nope on battery operated motor but that does sound like a neat little toy.
I don't take issue with your preferences only your explanation of them. It's like a guy I know who said that he liked smaller women because they worked out and were healthy when the truth is he just liked small women because they are aesthetically pleasing to him. It was a plus if they could partake in certain activities with him but really he could care less if she had terrible eating habits or didn't work out. He just liked the way she looked and of course he, you and everyone else has that right.

Thanks for the explanation. This has has been all over the news lately. Considering that Daylight girls can be smaller women but not always and that many toned active women simply do not have it (genetics and bone structure play a large part in whether or not you can have it) it just seems false to equate the two.  Judge fits because you assume based on an aspect of her physical appearance that you know her fitness habits.”

“Just to provide balance to the commentary, and to assure women working hard on toning themselves that they are Not out of fashion, this is a case of 'eye of the beholder'. Been a leg guy since pre-adolescence. Even though it's like there's an invisible chain attached to my chin if there's a nice rack walking by, if there are not legs to match, one look is enough. And never even a 1st look at such booties as are praised here. Y'know the zzz-zzz-zzz of panty-hose wearers as they walk? No, thanks! 'Daylight' girls get the 2nd, 3rd or more looks from me, though I'm happy the booty-bearers (if not 'barers') are happy--I just don't care for it. In my limited experience, also, ranging from AA to E cup, the smaller range (A-C) have more sensitivity to the touch, enhancing both our pleasures. That's my view--plenty of opportunity for booty hunters in this country, fer sher, especially in the last 30 years--as well as those like me, preferring half-hour-glass figures. Women are great, though, my clients are all shapes and sizes! The extra-squishy ones are more challenging, however. Viva variety!”

chelledc on Nov 15, 2013 at 10:38:17

“That pantyhose noise is because some women do not have thigh gap not because they have big butts and there are a lot of toned nice legged women who have some inner muscle on their thighs. It seems like such an odd thing to judge a woman by.

What is a Daylight girl?”

“I think you have excellent points one after the other. First, though I tried, I did not pass the rigorous test to get into the foreign service. Those sterling credentials established, I would modify the 'get out' to not include Iran. I have only known a few Persians, but they have a yearning for many of the same things we Americans do. They are receptive to more modern ways of thinking than some in the ME. The way seems to be smoothing, and I think a sincere apology for the CIA's overthrow of their government and instituting the brutal Pahlavis, would go a long way. They could be important and strategic allies in the war on terrorism. I get the prob with Israel, but that's a different post.”

“My answer to the poor, bereft family members is; Many of us are sorry for taking casually what is referred to as 'collateral damage', when a target is so important, that unfortunate consequences take priority over losing the target. It happens in this country, too. A house number is mis-read, the wrong people are intruded on and sometimes killed. We could ask why your country colluded in hiding bin Laden for so long. Since you kids were crawling on the ground, even earlier, this country has been in a heightened state of paranoia, and this damage is part of the fallout. Your grandmother was not targeted. We do not hate you, but we hate those who hide amongst you, using you as shields for their evil plots against us. And who are now using your justified fury as part of their public relations war. They don't care about you any more than us, but your raised public profile is being facilitated as a useful tool.”

It's rare to find someone more admirable in their outlook, and the fact he hasn't sold out to greedy opportunists just waiting to capitalize at the expense--literally--of the rest of us. I'm going to find that sauce and try it! I have a friend who makes his own chili sauce, flakes and powder, and it's excellent, but I bet he doesn't use fresh chilis. That should be a fun experiment for him. What a lovely article, thanks!”

“How about drone strikes, Nancy Rice, giving the banks too big a pass for their mis-deeds, and others I could mention, as points for serious criticism of Obama by the media? Yes, the media was down on Geo Bush, it's true. With the evil Cheney's influence, it was deserved. Do you remember the Swift-boat booting Kerry got? Or do you prefer to just ignore it? Kerry, who has been under live fire, and survived. Neither Bush nor Cheney ever took that risk, though we remember the risk Cheney's unfortunate hunting partner took. And then apologized for the fallout, none of which was his fault. Listen to Bush and Obama talk, and you can easily tell which one earned his college degree, and which one cheated. We sure do have a spending problem, and the last time we didn't was under a democratic prez. You remember that, too.”

“On the contrary, I am not pointing at Congress or Obama, just observing the poll data. You do have a point about comparisons of prez percentage approval, but if I remember correctly, Bush the Shrub got a lot more cooperation from Congress--then Dem controlled--than Obama has. You are ignoring the many (MANY) statements from conservative leaders that they would be okay with hurting the USA, if it meant getting rid of Obama. They failed, and are carrying out their threat. They, and by extension their apologists (you and others) are not putting the country first, so much as ideology. Obama is only technically therefore, the leader of the country, as so many reject his attempts as socialist or worse. Cruz, Bachmann, Beck, O'Reilly, most of Fox News and others are Misleaders of the country. Thank you for your courteous and well-thought response, and no, I'm not being sarcastic.”

monza866 on Oct 12, 2013 at 10:16:59

“I remember the attacks on Bush for his approval rating at the time and the media was brutal yet Obama is getting a pass. There is however no question that Obama's policies are not working and have brought us a snail rate recovery with Obamacare as the kiss of death. The House was elected by voters to maintain a balance between those who do not believe we have a spending problem.”

“Really? You judge my words based on my fans, when I seldom post? Shows either the paucity of your own argument, or that of your fans, or both. Your agreement or argument should have nothing to do with the fan number, but the words themselves. How do you know when fans are no longer fans? There is not an 'un-fan' button, once fanned it stays. Big deal. I don't assume anything about you by the number of your fans, but by the silly--yes, silly--disclaimer of your reason why.”

Most of whom are repubs, fyi, since 'yi' is a mite shy. Few are 'wonderful', but the dregs like Cruz and Bachmann, are taking the 'hole' party down.”

“Congress rarely have high approval ratings. But the fact is that Obama's 37% is essentially the same as Bush's 36% in 2006 which was his lowest. So you want to compare Obama to congress as a way of misdirecting the fact of his poor performance. The media was all over the Bush approval rating as a disaster of all time but only talk in hushed tones when their hero is at the same level now. The president is the leader of the country not Crus ,Bachman or anyone else but the prez is taking the whole country down.”

“Perhaps, though I doubt you are in a position to judge, and I had thought of that--just went for the irony--and permanent solitary incarceration would be then suitable. As I noted as well. The hurting of people voluntarily is the problem. You hear of the gang rape riots in India recently? The sods rammed a girl with an iron bar, and she died. Castration would not have stopped that, but a One-Strike and Out rape policy would prevent any chance of further repeats. It does not help to call a team-mate an idiot, Kole Troll.”
