'Real Housewives of New Jersey' Recap: This Means (Tug of) War!

'Real Housewives of New Jersey' Recap: This Means (Tug of) War!

“I'm not condoning Gia's behavior by any means, but if some of the adults did actually cheat during the competitions as Gia seemed to believe, I can understand why Gia got upset. If she has been taught that cheating is wrong, then points out the cheating to all of the adults and they laugh it off and ignore her, what does that teach her? While I agree that she was way out of line in her tantrum, the adults should have addressed the cheating, had a "do-over" and used it as a teachable moment. Instead, they taught her that no one really cares if you cheat or not. Gia was so frustrated when no one really listened to her when she truly thought there was cheating going on and the result was a tantrum, perhaps more about not being listened to than losing a competition.”

“I'm sure the adults understood her concerns over the cheating part but I think the real issue is the way she talked about to Caroline and Jacqueline but also the way Teresa in so many ways reassured Gia that she was not to blame for anything.”
