“I was wondering the same thing, that this was yet another idiotic time-wasting clickbait list. But the website that created it (AIER) split cities/towns up by size, saying they "rank the top 15 cities among the Major Metros, and the top 20 locations among Mid-size Metros, Small Cities, and College Towns."
Boston was #2 among Major Metros behind NYC.
I still think the list was ridiculous though.”

“Thanx for the info pharmadoc...i agree with u its a ridiculous list.”
“Is that anything similar to all the no-bid contracts Halliburton and its subsidiaries got for the Iraq and Afghanistan wars? You know, the company Dick Cheney was CEO of before being elected Vice President? Or is that OK since he's a Republican.”
“I think more accurately, they only like the parts they themselves personally benefit from at this moment in time. For example, how many senior citizen Tea Party members do you hear that love Social Security and Medicare but don't want to pay school taxes since their kids are grown?
My personal favorite is Tom Cotton, the Arkansas Congressman who is against government-backed student loans since he personally is no longer a student receiving government-backed student loans.”
“The Congressional Republicans like Rep. Farenthold seem to have adopted Richard Mourdock's definition of compromise and bipartisanship:
"I certainly think bipartisanship ought to consist of Democrats coming to the Republican point of view."”

“That would be Rupert Murdoch.. but your right... he works very hard to create a division between Americans. He, his Fox News, along with people like Hannity, Coulter, Beck, and Limbaugh work very hard to keep the nation at odds with itself through deception, lies, and emotional innuendo.”
“This game will be on the local CBS affiliate since it's an AFC game (road team determines which network the game is on). I wonder if the local Fox affiliate would show the commercial were the Bengals hosting an NFC team.”

“HA! Hilarious! Obama was giving a speech yesterday and guess which channel was the only channel to not air it?? That’s right! GOP TV aka “Fox “News””

“She didn't have a mother? Or grandparents? Aunts or uncles, teachers or preachers who may have had some influence on her as she grew up? How sad your life must be to evaluate everything so pessimistically.
And it's either a typo in your micro-bio, or just unintentional humor. "Nieve" is an old English word for "a clenched or closed hand." Rather like your clenched or closed mind.”

“My mind is open but it sounds to me like you hate gay people. Well they have rights too. No typo. on nieve not naive. The post is about a daughter and her father not any of the other people so mentioned but maybe it was her dog. Again the letter sounds fishy to me. Why would a daughter or her father post this?”
“" ...we cannot stand idly by now, as the Nation is urged to embark on an ill-conceived adventure in government medicine, the end of which no one can see, and from which the patient is certain to be the ultimate sufferer."
Latest anti-Obamacare quote? No, actually, this is from an anti-Medicare speech given by Rep. Durward Hall (R-MO) in 1965.
Found, appropriately, on the Cry Wolf Project website.”
“You may even be understating it. A Harvard study (like where Ted Cruz went to law school!) says it could run $4-6 trillion for Iraq and Afghanistan when you include medical care for veterans and the cost to rebuild the military.
