“LOL. This is too funny. The same company who opposes the minimum wage hike is suffering because the very people that shop there aren't able to afford to shop because they don't make enough. HAHAHAHA. Such sweet justice.”

“Thanks for looking that up. EI is terrible and it's terrible we are forced to pay into something that has been cut so much. What's the point?! If I were to get laid off, the wages I would get from EI would hardly cover squat!”

“I won my own business. As a 'director' I'm EI exempt. I don't pay in, I don't get to collect.
.. so I have my own version of EI. Money in the bank. No messing around with the government, or waiting a couple months to get benefits if the business runs in to trouble.”

“What shocks me more than the fact that someone who teaches "evangelical sex-ed" is allowed to even step foot into a public school is the fact that they straight up lied about condoms, HPV and gonorrhea. If you're going to teach anything, especially to teenagers with impressionable minds, then at least teach facts based on science and knowledge and not twisted by your own controlling view point.
This is insane!”

“I wonder when the government is going to understand that when you give the subsidies to the corporations, that they just get eaten up and mixed into their profits! Give it to the people, stop subsidizing the companies!”
“or perhaps she's partly right and it might be helpful for women to choose to learn to defend themselves, or would taking on that responsibility leave victim thinkers without the ability to be a victim?”

“What a great idea, let's make victims of crimes ( any crime, not only assault) take some responsibility. Why bother going after the actual criminal, right? No one should have the ability to be a victim, not on your watch. If you have your home burglarized do not go to police and be a victim, after all you should take responsibility. If someone crashes into your car and kill you or a family member, take responsibility for your own driving instead of being a victim; if you are victim of fraud , don't go to the police, take some responsibility. It is a super idea because we will save a lot of money on police and prosecution, after all there are no victims of any crimes, just crying babies.”

“Great Idea, What could be more productive than make the victims of crimes take responsibility for the crimes committed against them? I think we should stop policing and prosecuting crimes altogether, let's make those people who got robbed or assaulted or suffered any crime take responsibility and stop being victims.”
“Yeah it actually does. DO YOU GET IT... It's your opinion. This is what I'm saying and it's actually TRUE... You can't actually argue that can you? That this is your opinion and it actually holds no weight against other peoples opinions because we are all free to have our own?! You are actually allowed to have an opinion, I don't have to agree with it, but it is still nothing more than an opinion.

“So, logically, your opinion doesn't hold any weight since all it is is an opinion. Like you said. That is how you use *logic.* I'm getting nowhere talking to a brick, so, I'm going on my merry way now. Peace.”
“The norm for who? Just because you think hooking up "cheapens" it doesn't actually make it so.”
LaToya Shepard on Jun 3, 2014 at 20:08:52
“People. Sorry, buddy, but people are built to relate to others and bond. As much as you want to think it's perfectly normal, it actually isn't. And yes, having sex with everyone you see cheapens the act of sex, whether you acknowledge it or not. Is that all of your argument, because, that's weak...”
