“Corporate owned Republican Senator Conrad(Not a D) will vote against any bill the inurance companies do not want. As with all the Republicans & the Blue Dogs who pretend they are Democrats, this isn't about representing the people of their states. It's about taking care of their owners-Corporate America. I hope the final bill fails in the Senate after the joint committee meets. That way some good reforms could go through the difficult process of reconciliation. Mandated, unaffordable junk insurance that doesn't even take effect 'til 2014 will be changed by a new Congress anyway before it even takes effect.”

“I think you are wrong. She is obviously a progressive and she is upfront about that. However, she is smart enough that I bet she could be really good with the questions and not insult the speaker. However, it would be nice if hard questions really brought out the guest. It also is okay to make a remark if the answers are without question, lies. Rachel is not shrill and in fact she has let lying republicans speak their peace. She questions tho and that is what she can do.
