“"Frankly some women's bodies just don't actually work for [the pants]."
That comment alone should have been enough to fire him.
They are WORKOUT pants, not designer skinny jeans. If he wants to market designer skinny jeans, then that comment may have merit, but not when you are supposed to me in the exercise & personal health market.”

“Not to mention the yoga market.”

“Designer skinny jeans also come in larger sizes and would not merit that comment either. It's possible to make all kinds of clothes in all kinds of sizes. It's up to the individual what "works."”

“And therein lies the rub. Health Promotion shames people into "health" by their marketing of hate and fear of fat but when fat people want to exercise they're not allowed to buy clothing in their size. AND we're not even talking about fat people really at size 10 and 12. That's not even plus size.”

“But what he is saying is true. Why should he be fired for saying what everyone else is thinking.”

“Congratulations to everyone who wants to exercise and improve their health. Now, go out and buy clothing designed for your body type.”
“Texas has one of the lowest standards of living (completely in line with states like Alabama & Mississippi), health, & education levels as well.
All in keeping with low opportunity & low wages.
No economist recently has notated Texas as any sort of "land of opportunity".
The Cali tech people refuse to move there, they'd rather commute by air.”
“Why should you have to do that?
Those bigots use the public infrastructure to prop up their business. Without it, they wouldn't have a business.
Gay people pay for that infrastructure, thus should be protected under the law.”

“yes they do and of course they should.
Having said that I STILL wouldn't give those business owners my money. They will just turn around and donate it to some church working on denying gay marriage in some state somewhere. Why not just shoot yourself in the foot.
OR make your wedding about the love between you and your partner, not some political point you want to make.
They have the RIGHT to fight this...but....what will it change with that particular business owner. I would rather give my money to someone who supported us out of the "right thing to do" and not some court saying they had to.”
When women demonstrably make bad choices, especially when it comes to over-using blatant sexuality to garner attention, it does reflect badly on women in general.
Just as men making aggressive & threatening gestures towards women reflects badly on men.”
“Part of scoring well on tests like these involves critical thinking as well as general skills on subject matter.
We have been "teaching to the test" for 10 years now (Thank You GW & brother Neil - who stood to massively profit) so I think we can conclude that "no child left behind" has been a complete & utter failure.”
“There is no correlation between his addictions & his intentional torturing murder of dozens of people.
Hep C is a slow, painful death & this guy knew it.
He, at the very least, should be in solitary confinement for all of those 39 years, because someone this sick will do it again the first chance he gets.”
“The biggest problem with this is that passengers have fewer & fewer options of alternative airlines when they get treated this way.
I have the highest status on United & Alaska, & travel A LOT.
The way I see them treating average travelers is appalling.”

“well you know - deregulation was also supposed to spur competition - result: 64 airlines operating before deregualtion and basically (with the merger of AA and Useless Air) - 5 airlines now (AM-Useless Air, United, Delta, Southworst and Jet Blow!)”
