“Obama had no response for Libya except to attack Romney with his usual straw man argument. (no one said Rice and Clinton were playing politics)”

“Is it really over though. Neither Romney or Ryan have any experience in foreign policy. Obama may have messed up but Romney could make things even worse. Let's not forget that this is a man that would most likely start a war with Iran, at the bidding of Israel.”
“Our Prayers to Chris Steven and his family continue..along with the other famiies who lost their loved ones in Libya.
What is a SHAME and HORRID MISTAKE is the PROTECTION each and every one of those American's who lost their lives in Libya DESERVED and could of RECIEVED but DID NOT RECIEVE due to POLITICS. Instead FOCUS on an ELECTION than staying on top of briefings and information that was there ALL ALONG, to save their lives? All taken for granted because the ADMINISTRATION took for granted the reality of how vunerable they still were over there in that embassy among other places. I admire your opinion Mr. Stevens and there is a time for everything under the sun. There is a concerned majority here in America, that this very same situation could happen to "Americans' right here..Your son gave his passion to the people in Libya and his life and experiences that he brought to that country in HOPE that it would become a place of Peace. It sadly will become a political statement and outcry however and keep those brave lives lost in contant rememembrance, respect and reality that it could of been prevented. May the comfort of all your son's great deeds, his hard work and the good memories remain with you. There were many people in Libya who loved him and we saw that too. So heartbreaking to know the facts that could of prevented the loss of his life and the others. Unacceptable.”

“What a shame that 3000 Ameriocans lost their lives in the USA when Bush did not listen to the FBI.He was quoted by one of his aids as saying now this is an early Christmas pesent, we can go into Iraq. Another lie Bush told about WMD's. A plan by the way the Republicans wanted to make for oil. How many lives were lost in the war of lies. H echanged th ename of the war 6 times and when he annonced MIssion Accomplished that was a lie as well.Mr. Steverns has asked his sones name no tbe esed as apolitical football. No one cares enough tt honor that request”
DianaPolis1 on Oct 15, 2012 at 09:20:37
“And what about the towers that Bush ignored? Oh wait that is a theory? that was unacceptable especially since the FBI gave warnings about the Saudi men who were learning to fly but not land .”

“Nobody should expect the President to be more forthcoming, transparent or willing to come before the American people and explain his actions if re-elected. In fact, the Romney campaign should be underscoring the anxiety many feel regarding a re-elected Barack Obama, who will not have to come before the voters again for approval. The guy barely meets with the press at the WH as it is, but imagine how arrogant, flippant, detatched and condescending Obama would be in a second term. Not to mention that he didn't feel it necessary to keep most of his campaign promises from '08. Considering he has no specific of expressed agenda for a second term (other than raising taxes), I guess he won't have as many opportunities to break promises in a second term. Let's just defeat this guy and avoid the trouble in the first place.”

“. . . and this is the sort of fabricated straw-man cr ap that they're talking about.”

“It is heartbreaking. You can see the type of man Chris Stevens was as well as the other three men.
There were over 200 reports of violent activity in Libyia in the year prior.
CIA were in Libyia looking for shoulder to air missiles (10 to 20,000). I was shocked as I watched this story unfold...thought they were going to say 10 to 15. CIA knew of credible threats and were escorted out of the country.
I am so sorry for the families. This must be discussed now. I don't think we can take another four years of this.
It's one thing to make mistakes, but cover up and collision to the extent we are seeing?? Not ok.”
“Mummy would say.."ok little wombat"....and boys will play. Move on! So much more stuff in the world that needs more attention then this..Harry is a good guy..Watch out for those camera's Prince Harry..they are everywhere! Giggle..”
“There is no EVIL here...HA!
There aint no GOOD GUY...There aint no BAD GUY..There is just YOU and ME and WE just DISAGREE...ah....Where is Dave Mason when you need him the most...Let's talk about the ISSUES that are the FOCUS in the election.”
“Or for Obama and his college records, or any records for that matter...What happened to the transparency? Giggle. I guess it only applies to :some: people. Romney is doing just fine..energizing the election and ticking off the other side. Conventions and Debates should wrap this circus up in the fall. Its real "tight" and Obama knows it. I could care less about Obama's birth certificate...its the other records that have molded him and his beliefs. And he knows it. I just wish he could find the "middle".”

“You mean Obama's school transcripts and senior thesis? Why don't you ask for Obama's hat size, since that is as relevant as all the other nonsense you Republicans have raised. Maybe Republicans should have defended the President when all these irrelevant demands were and are still being made. ”
“It was never about being against GAY's or GAY MARRIAGE. This has been the norm and acceptance of our cultural society for years. Despite the bickering.. However, the freedom of speech and opinion is still very much alive in America. This is a culture war. I have been amused at how much has taken off since Dan Cathy who OWNS his OWN business made a statement. So many companies hide no secrets about their support and charity to different organizations and I still buy their products. Even President Obama. I will still continue to support Chick Fil A as I will other's in my profession that I take care of. And that mean's all people of race, culture, religion and beliefs. By the way...Adam M Smith took it to a all new LOW and got fired. Both demonstrations of Support on BOTH sides were peaceful for the most part. We have evolved somewhat and still learning about how to survive and move forward. What is the song - Dave Mason - We Disagree. Their aint no good guy, their aint no bad guy, there is just you and me and we disagree. Get on with it people.”

“Slavery was the NORM until we evolved as a society in 1865, believing that the earth was the center of the universe and the SUN circled around it was the NORM until Gallileo and Copernicus proved otherwise, Witch Trilas were the NORM until we came to our senses, Bloodletting was the NORM until we realized it was medically stupid, Stoning your children and wife for bad conduct was the NORM eons ago according to the BIBLE. I could go on but the point is NOTHING is set in stone, NOT even the TEN Commandments because if they were absolute NO other religions would exist.”
“The reality is obviously tormenting him now. His apartment did not blow up, a notebook now to a professor..he needs to be watched every moment. Prayers continue for all of the victims, survivors and families...and his family too. I would rather see him captured and live through the the processes of his crime and the outcome, then for him to have taken the easy way out. He needs to REMEMBER. He needs all the psychological help he can get. We may never know all of his motive other than the angst of his failure to find a job with is degree, and failing his oral exam. He must of agonized for weeks before resorting to his violent angst and plan.
Teetering between genius and his dark place..truly a jeckyl and hyde.”
