Attorney Chip Matthews got on the phone with John Salley and Kevin Hench to clear up the misconception that his client Tito Ortiz become violent with Jenna Jameson, and reinstated this issue all stems from Jenna's demons of substance abuse.
"There was not a physical altercation at all. Tito did not put his hands on her. And I think you've seen with some of the statements that have been make I think uh Jenna when confronted with the uh statements about the uh drug addiction she flurried her position to TMZ the other day. And it was unfortunate because he really wanted to keep this out of the news, and keep it private."
But this was sooo yesterday, and those two crazy kids love each other so much they can go from love to hate in one night. Tito Ortiz was arrested Monday when he allegedly struck his wife, porn queen Jenna Jameson. Once released he spoke out to the media saying Jenna had a closet pill addiction and wasn't clean yet, while Jenna walked around with her arm in a sling.
"My parents have gone through an addiction, and I'm seeing a mirror of that," Ortiz said. "I hold everything dear to my heart that Jenna will be OK."
In typical Tito and Jenna fashion they made up this morning and had to recant their statements using TMZ as a publicist. Jameson said to TMZ,
"What actually happened has now been dramatically distorted and misinterpreted that both Tito and I made after the police arrived reflect the state of shock that we were both in."
Tito has gone from crying on television to saying to TMZ that he found two OxyContin pills and 'may have jumped to conclusions'.
