People all over the world have different definitions about being happy. Most of us believe that if we are financially sound, we will be happy. Though, it is partially true, but we are confusing comfort with happiness.

Lately I have been thinking a lot of time about "TIME." Often, we are told to mind our time, not waste time, do things on time, be on time... etc. There are indeed a lot of stories and sayings on the importance of time. Each when reviewed, gives us a sense of how time is of the essence, and we must use it well, as we dwell this time on earth.

This little dialogue in my head made me look deeper into the question: How is time well-spent?

As earthlings, I believe that we should spend our time doing things that give us utmost happiness. However, people all over the world have different definitions about being happy. Most of us believe that if we are financially sound, we will be happy. Though, it is partially true, but we are confusing comfort with happiness.

I think true happiness and eternal bliss come when we find our purpose. Most of us crave to serve the society, and when we find that calling, we achieve earthly nirvana. In the process, we devote our whole mind, body and soul to achieve what we were born to do.

Time has a direct connection with our purpose and happiness. So use this time wisely to recognize your purpose. It is never too early or too late to go after our dreams. After all, we are all souls, and anything hardly ever is impossible for the soul.
