Bamboo is amazingly silky. However, it is not as durable as cotton. Most Bamboo sheets you will find on the market are a bamboo/cotton blend to create more stability and strength in the fabric. Therefore, unless it is 100% Bamboo (which you can find, just need to look a bit harder and spend more cash), it still isn't completely green.

Got them. And bamboo socks. Very nice. I would be somewhat skeptical about that environmental impact thing. Nothing in life is for free and bamboo won't be an exception. However, if it happened to be slightly better than plants like cotton, we would have made some progress.
