When I was a kid I wanted to be a Jedi. I remember watching Star Wars and would try and have the dishes done by just using the "Force." Or I would try having the lights turn off by just using the "Force." My spiritual practice started with those movies and has continued throughout my life.

When I hit rock bottom and lost all my confidence I started working on my inside to raise my confidence and focus and lower my stress. While taking the journey from living in an apartment with mom and dad and working at Rite Aide to publishing my own cookbook and working in radio, I would do a daily morning ritual that completely changed my life and put me in track for success internally and externally.

I do this ritual daily. If I don't do it in the morning then I do it in the evening.

I usually start with 20 minutes of meditation; if you don't have 20 minutes then try and stay silent for a few minutes. This will help you calm down and relax and be at peace.

Grateful List

I write down 10 people, places, or things that I am Grateful for. When Gratitude Ends Gossip begins. We want you to be Grateful for the smallest of things from the smell of the coffee in the morning to the bed sheets you have to your neighbors who let you sleep at night.
And you can write down the same 10 things daily.

Vision List

The vision list is like a vision board where I write down what I want or see in the future using my intuition. I not only will write down what I want or see but the emotions attached to it. I don't want just financial success in my life, but I want happiness.

Example:

$1 million - Happiness
Wife/Husband - Happinesss
Dream Home - Happiness

These are examples. You can be very specific and there is no time limit meaning if you want a husband or wife you don't have to get one right away. The list is for you to be focused and for you to let go.

Jedi Council List

Write down who you want to work with or who you want to invest in your product. It can be anyone. Maybe you will write down Bill Gates name if you are in business or Hillary Clinton's name if you are in politics.

Intention

What is the 1 thing that you want more than anything else? This could be a dream job or a dream relationship or a new place to live.

This list will make you think like a Jedi. It will make you Focused on what really matters and it will help you regain your confidence.

Do this list once a day and watch your dreams come true and your anxieties and stress leave.
