We all have tough days. Some more than others and sometimes we have more tough days in a row. Sometimes we have a Season of tough days.

What is a tough day?

A tough day is when we expect more than we accept.

Let me explain a little further.

Acceptance = Love
Expectance = Loneliness

You and I spend too much time in our life being hard on ourselves and being tough on ourselves and expecting more and more from ourselves in return drains us.

We need to at times stop everything, take a few breathes and start focusing on accepting who we are and the journey we have gone on so far.

And once we start accepting ourselves and the journey that we have taken so far we will get closer to love and the closer you are to LOVE the tough days slowly disappear.

What should you do if you are having a tough day?

1. Spend time alone. Either go for a walk, workout or do meditation. Sit alone for a few minutes. We spend so much time with others either on social media or in person that we don't get the time to spend by ourselves.

2. Write down what you are grateful for; when grace ends gossip begins. We want you to stop gossiping or complaining and start being grateful for who you are.

3. Write down a few things that you are proud of from your past. If you cannot think of many things then come up with at least one.

I want you to change your mentality and start focusing on accepting yourself and your journey.

The greater your acceptance is, the lower the expectations are and the lower the expectations are will help you with your tough days.
