What is your intention? How many times are you saying No to people and how many times are you saying No to things?

No is focus. And more and more you say NO, the happier you will get and the more respect that people will have towards you.

For years I used to be scared about saying NO; being worried that I would upset someone and now I am happy to say NO!

You have to say NO to things that you really don't care about. things that give you no sense of warmth and feeling of accomplishment.

Today, I want you to write down things that you focus on and write down a number of either 10 or 1 next to it.

Look deep inside of yourself and decide what gives you energy and accomplishment. Put a 10 next to it and then for the ones that give you no sense of passion put a 1.

Drop the one's where you put a 1. And only do things or only hang with people that give you excitement.

Presence = Your Path

IF you have to Force anything you will Fail and Fall and if you do things Freely you will FLY.

This is the difference between success and failure; the difference between Focus and Not Concentrating.

Look back at your list. Are you present in the people you hang with on the list or are you trying to pay attention?

You know you are on your Path in Life when you are Present and you Don't have to Force yourself to Pay Attention.

Have a great day everyone.
