A shocking video appears to show the two teens as their car struck 64-year-old Andreas Probst in Las Vegas.
A video that surfaced on social media appeared to show an individual saying, "Yeah, hit his ass" immediately before Andreas Probst was struck.
"It's people like you that kill people like me," cyclist Dave Brennan told the driver.
"Yeah, someone had to do it."
