Bones Season Finale

The show as I knew it is completely different than it was when I first wrote about it a year ago. It's not a bad thing; it's a sign of an evolving show.

For me, a WTF moment can be either good or bad, but has to be in some sense a little bit unbelievable, as in "You can't write this stuff." So behold -- my first annual list of WTF moments.

School is back in session, and it is still no secret that I was not the least bit happy with the Season 3 finale of Bones. In fact, I was so disgruntled that I wrote an entire script to explain it all away.

What made the Bones season finale so traumatizing is how the departure of a beloved regular character was executed. There was nothing leading up to it, and it was completely unfair.
