The regulation that was too weak to stop the Flint water crisis is getting some mild improvements -- but lead pipes can stay.
Lead exposure can impair brain function and cause miscarriages, and yet millions of lead pipes remain in use.
This is one regulation Pruitt has said should be stronger.
Or at least this one rule that's supposed to protect drinking water.
