Response to Tucker Carlson
Tucker Carlson said that what I wrote in my HuffPost blog "Live From New York...Vote for Hillary!" was a "conspiracy theory." He claimed the idea that some Republicans are rooting for Hillary was "deranged."

Last night I remembered how awesome it is that my dad is Brian Williams. I could not be prouder to share genes, a last name, love for SNL, and many other things with him.
SNL not only provided HRC the opportunity to rebut a parody debate slamming the network for supposedly slandering the candidate in its real-life debate, but then submitted the candidate's parody self for her review.
Screwing black cast members is an SNL tradition, from putting Garret Morris in drag, to pissing off Eddie Murphy, to letting Chris Rock ride the bench.
After years of playing second fiddle, Carvey is finally on the upswing and Myers is in freefall. The The Love Guru has been greeted by almost universal revulsion.
Ali Davis is funny in many formats, but like far too many women comedians and comedy writers, not nearly as famous as she should be.
Mr. Michaels said that the decision should come as no surprise to its viewers: "We've been gradually moving away from comedy for years."
I've seen SNL have incredible political influence in a good way, and a bad way. It's had its left-wing writers like Al Franken and its right-wing writers like Jim Downey.
Obama has not received better media coverage than Hillary Clinton, according to a new study by the research team at Pew/Harvard, the gold standard in nonpartisan media analysis.
I may be biased, but I find my dad to be one of the funniest people I've ever encountered. His sense of humor is dry, clean and smart; everything you would not expect from a traditional Network Newscaster.
Senator Clinton will get the last word on this. Once she officially loses the nomination, she can make the Poehler sketch look ridiculous. Or she can make it look like prophecy.
Saturday Night Live is a bunch of old fogies. They haven't been cutting edge for a few decades but they were at least, you know, young and stuff.
We had been led to expect networks to roll over and play dead in the wake of the WGA strike and amid the recession -- but almost all the networks rallied in grand style for Upfronts 2008.
I just looked at my latest status update on Facebook and was confronted first with the painful likelihood that I am a massive perimenopausal loser.
For all the people who scoffed at the idea of a former comedian running for such a high public office, it can now be strongly stated that Al Franken's Senate campaign is definitely no joke.
Here's a look at the top 10 people and moments that are helping the Democrats return to the glory days of loserdom.

It has been at least 20 years since SNL had anything to say, Lorne Michaels never had much to do with the quality, except with respect to hiring talent. The talent took the show to the edges in the beginning, but no more. If it were not for the overpopulation of channels no one would watch SNL, not even stoned.
Having watched SNL in the past, I have yet to see what's actually FUNNY about it.
That's why I stopped watching it.
I certainly wouldn't take claim for it...
Or maybe I should watch; Lord only knows if anything I've said has been nicked too. Intellectual property, y'all.
Hell, SNL stole material from everybody's lives!
Only if you lived in NYC
