The warning came a day after the agency's chief announced he had fired and was investigating several employees over allegations they participated in the Oct. 7 attack.
The agency, known by its acronym UNRWA, has been the main agency providing aid for Gaza’s population.
Nearly all U.S. assistance had been eliminated under President Donald Trump.
