New Orleans is still in the process of reviving, and on the 5th anniversary, there are many great plans for people to come together to rebuild where it's still needed. I'm inspired by the scores of people who have stepped in -- it gives me hope for Haiti.
The historical neglect of the masses by the elite has brought Haiti to this point where many people are so fed up that they will put their hope for change in an artist who promises miraculous deliverance.
