Stress has been a part of my life since I was a child. Becoming anxious over things that were unknown was part of my personality. I quietly had panic attacks without realizing and without telling anyone. The years of keeping things inside of me were brutal. I observed many people around me who either became angry and bitter from stress and others who took stressful situations and turned them around in a positive way. As I grew older I became an observer and tried to pin point what stress was and how to cope with it. I realized as humans we are mostly stressed and worried because of the unknown. I felt like stress was caused by uncertainty of the future which may include finances, children, relationships and happiness. Sometimes I wish we could just live in the moment, which in my opinion would reduce a lot of stress.

So here they are the ABCs of kicking stress out of your life.

A-Appreciate your qualities and work on your
B-Our body is the vessel that carries us through life, stress will break it down
C-Compassion is always the key
D-Depression will become your friend
E-Excessive stress will take you away from your authentic self
F-Face your stress head on!!
G-Giving to others reduces stress and makes us feel better
H-Happiness and stress are enemies.
I-Invite gratitude in your life
J-Justifying other peoples bad behavior will never allow you to grow as a person
K-Kindness to yourself and others is the key to a peaceful mind
L-Love, love and love - feel it, spread it and enjoy it
M-Meditation will reduce stress
N-Never give up on yourself, because if you do so will the world!
O-Opportunities to be happy, are all around you
P-Positive people will always make you feel better - surround yourself with them
Q-Quiet your inner demons
R-Remain calm in this storm of life
S-Seize the opportunity to be happy
T-Take time to enjoy the little things of life
U-Understand the little signals your mind and body send you
V-Victory is not in putting others down, but in lifting them
W-Wake up every day to a new beginning
X-eXperiences are lessons, learn from them
Y- You are enough and always the answer
Z-Zoom through life with passion and purpose
