Boooring. Yawn. Anything new? "That one?" That's the big controversy of the night? Did the candidates, either the War Hero-McExpress or the Hopemonger, say anything new? Did we not appreciate what we had in the VP debate? Do we miss Sarah Palin so soon?

For tonight's special edition of Wilshire & Washington, Dr. Caroline Heldman, Professor of Political Science at Occidental College, joins Ted, Teresa, and Maegan for a post-debate wrap-up that could've put an anthropomorphized social security to sleep. Did anyone really win? Should Obama be talking about the war's effect on the economy? And really, will this debate change the polls at all? Dr. Heldman also addresses what Obama's strategies over the next few weeks will be and how much the Keating 5 scandal will be at play.
