For a princess (or any average human), Kate Middleton has played a lot of sports in heels. The future queen of England has played volleyball in wedges (three months after giving birth to Prince George), and worn various other pairs of heels to ref floorball hockey games, throw javelins, and play cricket, soccer, and Ping-Pong.

The Duchess of Cambridge has always been an athlete: In boarding school she ran cross-country, swam, and played tennis and field hockey.
