Formerly a highlight of any visit to Hong Kong, the last street food vendors of Hong Kong are being shut down one by one. Known as "dai pai dong," the restaurant featured in this video, located along the escalator in Central Hong Kong, was shut down about three weeks ago. The video was shot by a team that included Tem Hansen.
