Set up like some boozy lord's sun parlor, Brit-inspired GMT Tavern's slinging an artful selection of international beers & socially man-ceptable 'tails in a space loaded with large burnt orange chandeliers, burgundy banquettes, raised communal tables, an ornate banister wrapping around an elevated DJ station, and a dark wood bar backed by a traditional English clock boasting 24 numbers, which hopefully don't go to their heads like they did to Kiefer's.

Cocktail highlights include a Chivas Regal-/Combier Rouge-based Blood & Sand, the Devil in Disguise (Patron Silver, creme de cassis, lime, ginger ale), and the Dicken's Cider, with Beefeater Winter Edition, Velvet Falernum, and lemon juice; beer encompasses large-format shareables of Chimay Blue and Southern Tier Unearthly IPA, plus an impressive draft list rocking Holy Grail Ale, Wychwood Hobgoblin, and Harpoon Seasonal Celtic (though in fairness, it's hard to be a fan year round when everyone lives just outside Boston).
