Creative Time brought back the 60's tonight in New York. Artists Joshua White, Gary Panter and Leo Villareal created an amazing light show. According to Creative Time's director Anne Pasternak, "During psychedelia's heyday, works of art, music, and multimedia events pushed the boundaries of our visual and psychological experiences to new heights. Light shows brought together the visual arts with music in a way never experienced before. Many artists continue to work within this vein today and the movement has received recent critical attention with the exhibitions including Summer of Love: Art of the Psychedelic Era at Tate Liverpool and Visual Music at LA MOCA.
