The New York City Ballet held it's 2016 Spring Gala at Lincoln Center last Wednesday night in NYC.

Giant red umbrellas shielded gala goers from the rain as they entered the red carpet outside of David H. Koch Theater.

Inside, waiters feverishly poured Ruinart Champagne to the hundreds of dressed-to-impress guests during the cocktail hr (and a half) before they headed into the theater to enjoy the NYCB's human poetry set to an amazing orchestra.

After the magical performance, guests, some wearing diamonds big enough to feed a 3rd world country, non PETA friendly furs + moth-ball scented tuxedos, sipped more bubbly, enjoyed an elegant dinner, and nibbled on pink ballet slipper cookies as they danced the night away.
