Kinzinger said there’s “pretty good odds” the Justice Department will bring charges against former President Donald Trump.
"I’m not even saying that gratuitously to be mean to him. It’s just a fact,” the former Republican congressman said.
Kinzinger reflected on his work with the House Jan. 6 select committee and his departure from Congress in an interview with CNN.
The departing Republican lawmaker criticized the Republican National Committee’s vote to censure him over his participation in the Jan. 6 committee.
