CNN’s chief legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin also predicted a separate article of impeachment being added against Trump.
WHAT'S HAPPENING
Legal analyst lists at least four likely articles of impeachment but "can't imagine" Trump would be removed by the Republican-controlled Senate.
“There is nothing left to do but collate it," Laurence Tribe told MSNBC's Lawrence O'Donnell.
Sen. Chris Murphy described Trump's tweet bashing State Department official Marie Yovanovitch as "really serious" and "chilling."
“There is no way we could somehow bar the doors and prevent the managers from presenting the articles" of impeachment, states the memo.
"That’s exactly the process we’re in right now," the House Judiciary chairman said.
The division underscores the tensions among a House majority that's trying to have it both ways.
