The jury could start deliberating as early as Friday afternoon, wrapping up the R&B singer's six-week criminal sexual abuse trial.
“He said generally in these situations people come up missing,” Cheryl Mack recalled him telling her when an underage girl sued him.
The Jane Doe, who was R. Kelly’s background dancer, said he started abusing her when she was 14 or 15 in the early 1990s.
A Jane Doe introduced as “Sonja” said she visited the singer’s Chicago studio for an interview but ended up being held against her will for at least three days.

The witness, referred to as Faith, also said one of the singer's employees tried to blackmail her so she wouldn't participate in the "Surviving R. Kelly" docuseries.
“Louis” described sexual abuse at the hands of Kelly, forced sex with women and coerced videotaping. He was subpoenaed to testify after a witness bribery case.
“’He’s a genius and I’m a genius. We should be allowed to do whatever we want,’” recalled the third "Jane Doe" to take the stand in the singer’s sex abuse trial.
During the sex abuse trial, the Jane Doe said Kelly forced her to have sex with a man Kelly referred to as “Nephew” as punishment for breaking one of his rules.
Jane Doe No. 5 took the stand Monday, testifying she endured harrowing sexual, physical and mental abuse starting when she was 17.
