Rep. Ted Yoho reportedly called the congresswoman a "f**king bitch" after a confrontation.
Yoho has said he will honor a pledge not to serve more than four terms, joining a number of other Republicans vacating their seats.
“I feel like I have very good aim,” said one House Republican.
