WHAT'S HAPPENING
The golfer says he had an "unexpected reaction to prescribed medications," and that alcohol was not involved.
"Viewers at home should not be officials wearing stripes," Tiger Woods stated.
"Are you the president or a San Diego dentist?"
Perhaps his Twitter game needs work.
