It's time to polish up your boots and pack your bags for the SaddleUp! Foundation's second annual Denver Suitcase Party. The bash is a hoot and a hootenanny as guests dust up the dance floor, hopeful to to kick up their heels on a private jet bound for a weekend getaway in Napa Valley. Raffle tickets and a live auction give six lucky winners the chance step out of the Mayo Aviation hangar and into Chuck Latham's Westwind II for an evening flight and a two night stay in 5-star accommodations at the Trinchero Winery in Napa Valley.
Guests will walk the red carpet at 6:00 and linger in the hanger as the excitement revs up faster than a jet engine for the live auction where party guests can bid on vacation destinations provided by Inspirato Luxury Destination Club. Minimum bid is $6,000 with 100 percent of the proceeds from the first vaycay going to SaddleUp! Foundation, and $3,000 for every subsequent getaway sold. How's that for feeling good about yourself whilst whiling away your days and nights in paradise?
Don't feel up to dueling paddles? You've got another way to experience the Napa Valley on a high note: purchase a raffle ticket for $25 (5 for $100), or be the highest bidder in the live auction. Either way, you and a guest could be on your way to a great adventure!
The party, held in a private hanger at Centennial Airport, features an evening of cocktails, dancing and food samplings from some of Denver's finest restaurants and caterers. Country music singer Jessie James will be breaking hearts and bringing plenty of reason to scoot a boot and shake your booty. Keeping things movin and grooving are 9 News anchor, Cheryl Preheim and Jonathan Wilde of 92.5 The Wolf's "Jonathan and Mudflap Mornings."
