AfterEllen.com is Logo's site for lesbians and bisexual women in entertainment and media, which means we pride ourselves on knowing all kinds of Sapphic pop-culture facts. Each week we'll share some of the best tidbits on The Huffington Post in our new series, "Best Lesbian Week Ever."

Here's who and what was on our raging gay radar this week.

Sally Ride is gay in the afterlife: The first American woman in space was also a lesbian, which the public didn't find out until she passed away from cancer this week. Sally didn't know it, but she had the best lesbian week ever. Rest in peace, Ms. Ride!

You're no one until you've had a lesbian rumor: Well it's about time. Marilyn Monroe passed away in 1962, but there's finally a tell-all book detailing her Sapphic fling with her teenage fan club president. We demand this be written into Smash's plot immediately.

You're a virgin who can't drive: A Christian lesbian named Julie was on The Virgin Diaries this week talking about her love of dodgeball and Star Wars. Clearly her being a virgin isn't her choice.

Eddie Griffin thinks dyke jokes are hilarious: Eddie Griffin, you are mistaken. Also, you're probably getting sued.

Glee will continue its lesbian storyline: Producer/writer Ian Brennan says Brittany and Santana are definitely on for some fun stuff together in Season 4, so please set down your pitchforks for the time being.

Loved by the Mob: Mob Wives' star Renee Graziano has a crush on Ellen DeGeneres. I hope she doesn't take a hit out on Portia.

U.S. women's soccer team is winning: The day before the Olympics kicked off in London, out mid-fielder Megan Rapinoe and her team took on France, winning 4-2. Sadly, no one Frenched on the field.
