Coeur d' Alene- North Idaho College

By Laura Mansfield

You can call it Obama Fever, Obama Mania, or just call him Obama-rama. The point is, Barack Obama had a tremendous amount of enthusiastic people turn out in both congressional districts in Idaho yesterday. The results are in, and it was a landslide victory for Obama in Idaho. In Ada County alone, he received 100% of the 121 delegates. In Kootenai County, at North Idaho College, the feeling was described as "electric" with chants of "Yes We Can," and, "O-Ba-Ma," filling the gymnasium.

If you would like to read more about Obama in Idaho, I found this in the Idaho Statesman today.

There were first timers caucusing and some who have caucused many times before. But here is one of the many passionate supporters of Obama. His name is, Daniel Megow, and here is what he had to say about Obama:

"...I have been waiting for a candidate like this since 1969, and if Obama gets the nomination, I will be a democrat for life, if not, then I am going to back to being an independent."

Here is some video showing the overwhelming amount of support for Obama.
