The US Govt announced it is stop buying oil for the Strategic Oil Reserves, a significant reduction in demand. The price of oil still went up. Russia and quite a few African countries have been selling oil since Bush became President. The price of Oil still went up. The normal rules of Economics do not apply. This supply and demand crap is from the 70s. That is old school economics.

Major Networks Putting Iraq On The Back Burner: Reporters
