Las lágrimas son gotitas saladas que creo vienen del alma, son la forma muda de expresar nuestros dolores, fracasos, perdidas, ausencias.
Cuando somos bebés las lágrimas son la manera de comunicarnos. Lo primero que hacemos al llegar a este mundo es llorar, y si llegamos calladitos con esa buena nalgada que en general nos da el doctor se suelta nuestro primer buaaaaaaa. Para que mamá sepa que tenemos hambre lloramos, lo mismo si estamos enfermos o hay que cambiar nuestro pañal.
Estando en la primaria lloras porque algún amigo te molestó, porque sacaste malas calificaciones, por una cortadita, una caída, porque te dio un gripón o porque tu madre te dio un buen jalón de pelos.
Mi primer llanto fuerte e inolvidable a esa edad fue por unos patines. Mi papá me los había prometido, llegado el día estando en la tienda de juguetes con mi hermano menor, me quedé en la caja con los patines en mano, todavía los recuerdo blancos de cordones azules.

Por motivos personales, no diré la razón, pero me quedé ahí paradita con ellos en mano sin entender que había hecho mal como para que no me los compraran. Todo el camino a casa lloré desconsoladamente y no hubo manera de detener las lágrimas que corrían en automático por mi carita.
Lloraba por mis patines, también porque no me habían cumplido una promesa. Ojalá hubiera sido la única promesa rota en mi vida, pero es que hasta nosotros mismos las rompemos con facilidad.
En la secundaria lloramos por ese chico guapo que no nos pela, por esos granos horribles de la pubertad, porque no nos dejaron ir a una fiesta, o porque alguna imbécil nos dijo gorda. En mi caso esa fue Helen, constantemente me llamaba vaca y es a que esa edad tenia kilitos de más.
Hoy le doy gracias, con tal de no permitirle que se burlara más hice todo lo posible por bajar de peso y termine ganándole un galán. ¡Ja!
De más grandes lloramos por la muerte de un ser querido. Cuando Agustina mi abue falleció, perdí a mi amiga, mi confidente, mi más grande fan. Entré en un estado de shock y por primera vez sufrí de ojo seco, muchos de mis familiares en el velorio me veían con cara de insensible y es que mi estado no me permitía ni llorar ni entender que se había ido la persona más importante de mi vida. Meses después, un día cualquiera, lloré todo lo que no había podido llorar.

Y si hablamos de amor, estoy segura que todos los que lean se van a identificar. No hay como los dolores del corazón.

Ya sea porque nos abandonaron, nos pintaron el cuerno, nos mintieron, nos dejaron de amar... las lágrimas que más duelen son las que derramamos por amor.

Y para no terminar tan trágicamente el post de hoy les diré lo positivo de una lágrima...
Aunque suene raro es bueno para la salud, permite eliminar adrenalina, alivia tensiones y va eliminando las tristezas, alivia la carga de cosas negativas, nos permite ver con más claridad, evita úlceras, ataques cardiacos y elimina toxinas.
Así que después de una buena lloradita... Como dicen en mi Tierra: "Vamo, Vamo".
