The "Glee" actor and singer embodied a 1960s Motown look as she performed her new single, "A Moment," dedicated to the memory of her late co-star.
"My shmaya, I’ll love you for eternity & miss you every second of my life," model Nickayla Rivera wrote in her first post since her sister's death.
"This is so unfair … there’s not enough words to express the hole left in everyone’s hearts,” he wrote.
The actor's message to her friend and former "Glee" co-star featured a series of photographs of their children ("our little goof balls") playing together.
"To see her sitting with her baby really just gets me," the Broadway actor and singer said in an emotional tribute to her former co-star.
The former "Glee" star honored her former co-stars by posting a series of black-and-white photographs from the set and elsewhere.
